5 Months

this is my favorite picture from our wedding day.

i even emailed it into akwardfamilyphotos.com

and they did not put it up.

i seriously did.

well we did it. we made it 5 months of marriage. this may seem like a simple, easy feat, but how anyone can put up with me for 5 months? truly shocking. but i am very pleased. i know its not like the one year mark or anything. and trust me, we don't actually celebrate all of these monthly anniversaries. its just crazy to think of how fast it goes. time goes by so slow while you are engaged, and then when you get married it's like, wait what? we got married 5 months ago? it's so weird. but its been awesome.

i didn't mean to scare everyone with my last post and the baby elephant and all. i am obsessed. i can't help it. anyway, the thing that i thought was funny about it all was some of the comments. "oh man! you scared me for a minute!" or "i think you might be insane." (thanks mom, love you too) or "gosh, that scared me!"

now wait just a minute here. would it really be that scary if me and sean pro-created? is everyone really that concerned for the well-being of our future children? you can tell me. i won't be offended. i mean yeah, we have only been married 5 months, but this is utah and we already got married way past the age of the curve and OMGosh we aren't pregnant yet so we better hurry up! in case anyone hasn't sensed this i am joking. and we do not plan to have babies for a very long time. if it happens, it will not be on purpose. and no offense to anyone that had babies right off the bat because that is awesome. we all love babies. it's just not for us yet. and don't worry family, i will not let you know by posting it on a blog. but i would like to think that we will be pretty good parents.

sure they probably will eat their fair share of candy, and be ADD, and cross-dress , and eat food in bed , and be obsessed with their baby blanket when they are 23, and occasionally park on curbs and hit dogs with their car, and a million other things... and crap. where am i going with this? who am i kidding. they are screwed!

p.s. the other day i was eating a cinnamon roll and a handfull of captain crunch on a plate for lunch. sean says "wow, our future kids are in trouble." what do you think he means by that?

I don't think you are insane. I think you are perfect and you get many of those lovely traits from my side of the family and could we be any more normal? I don't know but anyway, way to go at reaching 5 months. I never doubted it for a minute. P.S. i am excited for babies and I think you will be awesome parents. Love you guys and that is soooo Tara!!

Your kids will be fine! You will be great parents! You are so good with my kids and we all know Sean has a soft spot in his hear for "Baby" and "Jr" or whatever weird names my brothers come up with for my kids...... Seriously the best parents EVER! I will be a little selfish right now, wish you were preggers with me ;) That would be COOL!
