ho ho ho!

merry christmas everyone! i am too busy playing my new mariokart game on my nintendo ds.... that i got last year, because i asked for a puppy and my mom said no way so she got me nintendogs and a nintendo ds. she never thought i would use it. boy did i prove her wrong... my nintendogs may have gotten fleas and been malnourished, for the most part, but boy did i love them. mariokart rocks by the way. thanks mom! i just took first place in the mushroom cup! yes!

i also got a lite-brite and some of those binoculars with the pictures in them from my friend lee. so cool. hmmm... wait a minute? why do i keep getting all these little kid gifts? oh, because they are awesome. that is why. yes, i asked for mariokart and i told my friend lee that i wanted kid gifts because one time sean and i were watching TV and this commercial came on with this really cool light up ball shaped thing that rolls around. sean said, "that is so stupid." at the same time i was saying, "I MUST HAVE THAT." so then i was talking with my sister and lee about it and we decided that little kid toys are awesome and we wanted them for christmas. i don't care what sean thinks. he is just jealous. the lite-brite is a flat screen. yep. welcome to 2009. i never had one as a kid so i am really excited about it.

this christmas break could not have come sooner. i had to go into work yesterday and managed to have my shirt on inside out (again) and download "one of the worst viruses" onto my computer that my co-worker had ever seen. by doing nothing. awesome. and this was all by 9 am. oh well, he fixed it and then told me i should probably go home so i did.

my sister joked around that when i have kids we are going to have to make them a little chart to show them the proper way to put on clothing. sean said "no, we just need to make one for chloe."
haha very funny. not. we carpool to work everyday? why don't you ever say anything? it is just as much sean's fault as mine. wouldn't you agree with me?

more to come later... i will do a full on christmas post with pics and details. i got a lot of other neat stuff, besides kids toys. but for now, we are going to see Sherlock Holmes with the fam. all i can say is we were incredibly spoiled and i feel incredibly blessed and grateful for all of my sweet friends and family. i don't deserve you! i didn't get my puppy, but i got a lovely tin of popcorn with pictures of golden lab puppies all over it. that will have to do for now... i am destined to get a puppy. just you wait. also, it was a no go on the cupcake car. oh well, there is always next year, right?

i am way behind on everyone's blogs, so please forgive me! work has been so busy and all that christmas shopping is incredibly draining. we went to 4, i repeat 4 family christmas parties last night. and 2 this morning. sigh, how do people do it?

also, i woke up with a cold sore. on christmas. WTF santa? i'd rather you give me coal. at least we can use that with our grill. herpes doesn't do anyone any good. why the crap was it ever invented? i guess it is the gift that keeps on giving, so maybe it was appropriate for christmas? sigh. i dunno.
