today we went to raging waters for a company party! we had such a blast. you wanna know what is kinda funny? sean and i have not been swimming together since the first week we started dating. i don't know why it has never happened. really weird. but anyway, we had a blast. that is sean's leg in that picture. we were laughing pretty hard because he came down those scary slides that i didn't dare ride on, and he came to sit with maddie and i on the bleachers, and he slipped. and banged his leg pretty hard. it immediately turned reddish purple. and we could not stop laughing. because of all the places to get injured at the water park, it was on a bleacher. and i promise that those slides were scary. you go head first down these crazy slides while on a tiny little raft type thing. and you shoot out into this pool that is not nearly long enough. i am serious. it is not long enough and people can't slow down and there are all sorts of crazy going on and we pretty much just sat there closing our eyes every time that someone came off the slide. they get going so fast, and one guy smacked his face into the edge of the pool because he couldn't slow down. so i did not ride that ride. i sat there on the bleachers that they must have placed right in front of the scary slide just so people could watch people get hurt. and then get hurt themselves on the bleacher. dangerous if you ask me. dangerous. regardless, it was a good, fun day. it actually felt like summer. and i think i only permanently blinded 2 people with my white pasty legs. not too shabby if you ask me. oh and that is sean's hat in the picture. he threw it to me while i was in the lazy river so he could go ride the scary ride. i guess it was no surprise that i spent most of the afternoon in the lazy river.
