explanation.

okay, okay, okay. hold the phone for a second. let me explain myself. sean was way off in the last post, and i am going to tell you how the night really went down... after i say this.

hey everyone! i have missed you! can't believe i went a whole week without blogging. it was kinda weird. but i must say, i was incredibly productive. and by incredibly productive, i mean not that productive. but i was more productive than usual. i cooked 4 meals last week. 4. yes, that is more than i have cooked in our whole 10 1/2 months of marriage combined. it was kind of a big deal for me. not only did i cook. i washed the dishes after every meal. by hand. WAIT, WHAT?

what is wrong with me? i guess all this not blogging gave me some free time, and i would like to say that i have learned a lot from this experience. but no. not really. it didn't make me love to be all cooky and cleany. i still like to bake. so that is good. i guess maybe in a way it saved our marriage because i finally stepped it up. but at the same time probably is going to destroy it because sean is going to expect a warm cooked meal every single night. ha- yeah right. good thing wendy's is usually warm right right?

so yeah, i didn't fix all of the blog posts. i fixed about 100. so if you are looking farther on and notice that there are no picture on my honeymoon and wedding posts, just use your imaginiation. it was pretty awesome, and we had a good time. so yeah.

okay, so to put seans post into my words.. here goes:

first of all, so when sean says that i tripped over nothing? he failed to see me trip over a computer cord. well at least i am pretty sure that i did. but here is a little secret about me. i have had 4 surgeries between my two feet to repair some crooked toes and bunions. since i got married and went off the insurance, i haven't been to physical therapy to get all my movement back. so the screws in my big toes make my feet very stiff. yes, i just said stiff. so anyway, i "trip over my own feet" ALOT. however, i believe i tripped on a cord.

did sean come help me get up off the ground? NOPE. he laughed. just like in this story with the now pictureless posts. just pretend you can see all the embarassing pictures of sean. and please, feel free to tease as much as you want.

second of all. we were not watching a basketball game people. we were watching THE BACHELOR. and if i might add, i was trying to trim my own bangs before it started, and i didn't even start watching it until 15 minutes into it. sean already had it turned onto that station, without me even telling him to. and he was screaming at the TV about how much he hates Vienna. these were his exact words when i came in. "Ew. i hate her. she is the scum of the earth. she has no values. how could he like her?! i will never watch this show again if he picks her."

true story. so when sean says that he has his "priorities"? well they are for sure not the jazz game. and they are for sure not helping his wife up off the ground after she trips over "nothing".  oh, and he wouldn't let me explain myself until today becaue he "wanted to have the spotlight for a while." so make sure you comment on his post to make him happy :) love you sean!

I like the difference in length on the two posts. How long it takes a guy to tell a story, and how long it takes a girl to tell a story. Love it. I totally believe you it was a computer cord, but I tend to trip over nothing but my own two feet all of the time, even without foot surgeries. In high school I won most likely to trip over their own feet...and I didn't even rig the poll. Anyway, I'M GLAD YOU'RE BACK!

computer cords can be quite deadly.
Yay blogging!

haha, you two are so cute! I can't believe you cut your own bangs!

4 meals in one week is awesome! What do you like to cook? I'm going bold and trying spaghetti Squash tonight.

So what did you think of the BACHELOR!?

Glad you are back! :-)

Hooray! Its good to have you back!
I got prematurely excited when I saw Seans post, until I saw it was his...no offense to him, I was jus hoping it was you. And then he started teasing you for tripping. I bet it happens to him all the time, too.
Makes me chuckle that he was really watching Bachelor.
Anyway, its good to have you back. And I'm sorry your pictures are still gone.

(Also, way to go making dinners and doing dishes! You are awesome.)

Welcome back- I am grateful for my Chloe Blog Laugh Fix again. You rock! I am sure it was a cord. As for Sean I am definitely going to tell Troy Sean picked the Bachelor over a Jazz Game!

bahahaha this post is amazing! I totally believe you about the cord and that you were NOT watching the jazz game!

yay yay yay! i missed you chlo!!!!!!!!!

like...times a million. maybe even a billion. whatever the case it was a lot. i know we email and stuff, but it's not quite the same as hearing your funny stories in blog form. i still do love our emails though :).

and what the heck???? i can't believe sean didn't help you up? especially since you have a screw in your toe! how did i not know this?

hillarious that sean watches the bachelor with you. sean - your secret is out. apparently you're more dedicated to the bachelor than you are to your basketball team. pssssh! priorities sean, priorities!

i haven't watched the bachelor since the trista and ryan days....pretty sure that was at least 4 years ago...or something close. is it any better now?

oh...and also...i vote yes to you guys buying the firetruck and us buing the fire station and then all of us starting a fire fighting commune. too bad if our future offspring don't actually want to become firefighters. that's what family is all about: doing stuff you don't want to do. deal with it future kids!

and by the way.... i am SO proud of you for cooking 4x! WHAT???? pretty sure i don't even cook 4x a week and i even like cooking (for the most part anyway). dude...you're totally showing me up! lucky for me craig only reads you guys' blog when i tell him to read a certain post or when i talk about you guys and read stuff to him, so i just may have to leave out this post so he doesn't start expecting me to step it up too :).

ok....i think i've covered all my bases now. love you chlo! so glad you're back!!!!

Yay!!! I missed you girl! A lot!!! :) It just wasn't the same without your insights and stories! Woohoo. :D

And what was wrong with Sean?! Busy watching TV?! Why didn't he help you up?! What the heck?! ;)
Glad to hear there are guys watching the Bachelor and switching channels by themselves. :) I haven't watched it in years...and I'm not going to but still.

Any good recipes to share?! I kinda lack ideas...I love cooking...once a week maybe, so you know I need inspiration...haha! Then again, let's stick to the baking.

Ok, anyhow...so glad you are back and all...missed you tons.

Have an absolutely awesome day girl.

xoxo

Oh. My. Gosh. Too funny.

No worries Sean, my hubs watches The Bachelor too. It's nothing to be ashamed of. As long as you hate Vienna that's all that matters.

FOUR times??? hello!!!??? who are you?! that is amazing! i wish i could say that! so what did you make and was the food worth the wait? i never knew that about your feet and toes. you are such a trooper... and i hope sean gets hurt in the future and you just sit and laugh at him because that is what he deserves!!

Just stumbled on your blog and so far I am liking very much. You and your Sean remind me a lot of me and my Joe. Glad to see I'm not the only crazy girl that has a hardworking boy that loves her....

Missed your blogs!

I have a bad habit of tripping over things and I don't even have an excuse for it. I have so many bruises on my legs from running into tables and whatnot, it's not even funny.

But let's get down to business here....I love that your husband willingly watches the Bachelor because so does mine! he had an open house at the school and he said to me, "Man, I wish I could stay home and watch the Bachelor with you". Then later I asked him who he liked and he said, well I think Allie is pretty. And I said, she's not pretty on the inside. And he said, "i wouldn't know that because I've missed the first hour the past two weeks" and then the biggest SAD FACE you ever saw! Love men who love our reality tv!

Yay! I have a friend who understands what it means to have a stiff big toe! ha ha ha. I had foot reconstruction surgery a couple years ago and my foot is exactly the same way. And I even went to physical therapy!! So I trip over "nothing" as well sometimes. Glad you know my pain...

can i just say that I'm so glad you commented on my blog because i totally remember you! and I actually just saw your blog from mckenna's like a week ago and I think you're hilarious. and now i don't feel so much like a crazy stalker.

p.s. you worked at hogi yogi?! how funny. I totally worked there too.

ah, you two kill me.

and you know, i totally saw it. there was just something suspicious about sean's urgency to end the post to watch "the jazz game."

SO glad you're back! :)

So sorry about your feet.

So glad you hate Vienna, too. If she wins I am so done with that show!

So...I thought you were growing your bangs out? And by "so..." I was only trying to be consistent with my sentences.

So funny - my husband is the same! He is so used to me hurting myself that he just laughs it off or gives me a despairing look.

So funny that your husband watches the Bachelor. We were glued to Lost yesterday - sigh miss American tv!
