for our honeymoon we headed up to Midway after our reception to stay at The Zermatt. it was really nice! we had a yummy breakfast there in the morning, and then we took off for Vegas from there. in Vegas we stayed at the MGM Grand Signature Suites for 5 days. it was so much fun. we went to a magic show, gambled a little, walked the strip. a lot of people don't love Vegas.. but we do since it was where we had our first kiss. and we went back there on our first anniversary. we love it :)
funny story on our honeymoon, i am just going to copy and paste the story below the pictures since i had that on my blog already. i would link you to the post but it is missing pictures now! the story is below!
Sean might kill me for telling this story. (Like that has ever stopped me before) But I never want to forget it.
The third picture from the bottom (pale sean) was taken in our suite in Vegas... shortly after he was revived after passing out. We were staying at the MGM Grand Signature Suites. This room was amazing and had a HUGE jacuzi tub. One of the days that we were there, Sean decides to take a bath in there. While he was tubbin, he told me that he was feeling a little light headed. I told him that he was probably dehydrated because we had been walking around all day and should be careful getting out. Keep in mind, I am watching TV in the main room. I hear him getting out of the tub. He walks into the room with nothing but a towel on, says to me "Chloe, I don't feel soo gooo..." BAM. Sean fell straight to the ground. I seriously thought he was playing a joke on me. I ran over to him and he is passed out. His eyes are rolling in the back of his head and his mouth is making this weird noise and he is convulsing. What was I supposed to do? Forget that I am CPR certified and should be opening his airway and all that crap. All I could think about was how I was going to explain to everyone that I killed my husband on our honeymoon?? Should I call room service? Do I call 911? Should I try and put some pants on him first? What do I do? Luckily Sean came around before I called room service/911 and we decided to take it easy that night. Needless to say, Sean is not allowed to take unsupervised baths anymore. and that is why we had dinner delivered to our room that night. it took sean a good 12 hours to recover.. haha.
p.s. i know i skipped #12 but i am going to combine that with some of the last few posts.. i am ready to be done with this! haha. it has been a lot of work. all of the pictures are on different computers, or on facebook, or on some other site or disc. it has been a pain trying to track them all down i feel kind of self-absorbed/selfish blogging about my wedding day and whatnot non-stop. but i needed to do it and get it on here because i will never scrapbook. i am glad that i am doing this and it will feel so good to have it done! so take that you blogging disaster! you will not win...
